headed back to the gym yesterday... learned how working out affects one's body. i'm not talking about minor aches and pains and sore muscles.
i had done 8 minutes and 15 seconds on the elliptical... yay! then i hopped on the treadmill fully expecting to walk for a full hour, then use the stationary bike.
that wasn't in the cards.
after 30 minutes on the treadmill, my stomach, nay, my intestines started gurgling... if i stayed on the machine i would've passed gas that would've made the gym clear out... plus i was starting to walk funny because i was clenching my butt cheeks together.
i called an audible and ended the workout then and there and went to the ladies' room
they really should call exlax to tell them all they need to do is bottle a workout and sell it because seriously i had some potty issues.
yes. i know. whatever. then i made it out of there alive and went home and had the same.
i read up on stuff about that, and apparently, exercise actually stimulates the colon. you would've thought i had just run a marathon with the way my colon was stimulated then.
yeah yeah... i AM talking about poop here.

today i just went to the gym and worked out --- sans feces.
ELLIPTICAL: 9:00 min | .67 miles | 81 cal
TREADMILL: 60:00 min | 3.52 miles | 469 cal
STATIONARY BIKE: 15:36 min | 3.5 miles | 80 cal
i'm going to grab a roll of toilet paper and wait....
