I'll have my "Official" weigh-in on Saturday... Saturday I DID walk the Fool's Run 5k (3.1 miles) but then went nuts with beer and 2 xxl pizzas (thin crust... not that that should matter)
Sunday I did okay with the scarfing down of the food. Did have a hearty breakfast, but, didn't go apeshite the rest of the day with shoveling everything down my gullet. opted for apples and an orange at certain points throughout the day...
we'll see how it goes.
this morning i had 2 slices of Aunt Jemima Frozen French Toast and a wee bit of lite syrup. which was a better option than the thousand pieces of bacon and baskets of eggs i've been having every morning lately.
I'm heading to the gym in a little while to do some cardio on the elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike...
