went to the gym. kicked butt today (at least, i feel i did.)
ELLIPTICAL: 10 min. | .68 miles | 88 cal
TREADMILL: 61:40 min | 2.91 miles | 600 cal (incline btwn 4.0 and 8.0%)
STATIONARY BIKE: 4:16 min | 1 mile | 23 cal
granted, i only did 1 mile on the bike today, i had planned on doing 3.5 miles, but, i'd just gotten off the treadmill and was dying.
FITNESS BALL WALL SQUATS: 3 sets | 12 reps
and i've been pretty good with the food today too.

but, my legs are snarling at me... but not an evil snarl... more like a "we're in pain, but it's a good pain and will be worth it" snarl... at least i hope it is.

good for you lady, i'm still nursing a bad back. i think i'm going to have to take my running shoes out to dinner before i run again it's been so long
can you at least walk? there's no running for me because my knee will go on strike again
