so, i headed back to the gym today...

3 days in a row! sweet. i'm on a roll.

Did the Stairmaster torture device for the FIRST time ever today. Actually, I kinda liked it.

STATIONARY BIKE: 16:04 min | 3.5 miles | 82 cal


have been pretty good about not scarfing down everything under the sun. i've been eating a ton of oranges and apples, etc. yay!

that's it for now... going back to watching the teevee
