i just returned from working out at the gym for an hour and 45 minutes. my right knee seems to be contemplating going on strike again. Negotiations will begin shortly.
It's pouring rain out and it seems t have a little bit of small hail... I'm debating whether or not to run outside and cover Phooka with a comforter...
If one looked at me right now, they would think that I had been standing in the rain for 2 hours... I am gross & sweaty from working out right now (yes, i had to change to dry, unstinky clothes... the shower will follow shortly... oh man, that's gonna be one sweet & wonderful shower!)
because my hair is so short, it gets drenched pretty quickly from working out. actually, I don't mind that at all.
Hope everyone had a Happy Easter or Passover....
I posted photos of the cupcakes, lemon bars, strawberry pie, deviled eggs and sweet potatoes that I made --- they're on Flickr and also my facebook page
I need to go grab a trough of water....
In the meantime, even though it "disappoints" people when I talk about working out, here's today's stats:

Welcome to the YapFest (9 yapped)
sweat feels good, don't it?
oddly enough... yes!!!
Now I feel guilty that I haven't even walked the dog recently... I admire your fitness resolve, especially after taking a look at all the yummy food you prepared for Easter! You should charge money for all that hard work... it all looked amazing; I loved the cupcake decorations and I've never seen deviled eggs that looked better!
Not read your blog for aaaages, distracted by real life, sorry ;-)
Glad you're getting everything sorted, life, body, house, mother - go you!
