GETTING DOWN TO THE WIRE...
i'm sitting here typing when i SHOULD be scouring this hellhole of a house.
gigglemom is COMING HOME TOMORROW...
which is great. no, really, it's great... it's just that i've not really hunkered down and gotten this place back to rights as much as i should've
tonight, i've got to declutter the kitchen and the living room... they're getting there, it's just that it's slow-going... especially since I've had to take a breather after carrying really heavy boxes and tables up & down the stairs by myself...
the table i carried downstairs is the kitchen table of my aunt's that i'd had my computer on upstairs... it's now in the corner of the kitchen with the NEW computer that my neighbour gave me in exchange for my doing a website for him... (seeing as i've been working off my laptop since last october when my main desktop up and died... dead... was pining for the fjords. )
so, i've been slightly sidetracked by the setting up of the new machine --- and uploading my programs and such on it.
after i declutter, i've gotta shampoo/steam clean the carpet in the living room and on the stairs... not really looking forward to this... i am already exhausted.
(plus, Big Brother has the live eviction on tonight and following the show, it's the HOH endurance competition on the live feeds....)
stupid procrastination.
