okay... my math might be slightly off, it's either 77 or 76 days left till my birthday...
I'm going to use my psychic powers right now and say that my weigh in tomorrow isn't going to be stellar --- that's okay. I haven't written down a cussing bite of food since last Thursday. (as you can see, it was a McD's dinner that night..)
Friday I had Fish & Chips for lunch and Thin Crust pizza for dinner (5 slices... *cough* it was thin crust though...)
Saturday I wound up having 2 Five Guys Double Cheeseburgers... and fries. Yeah... i know. I know!
Then Sunday was Easter --- at my giggleaunt & giggleuncle's house. it was a free-for-all of food.
Today I went to the food store --- bought good stuff again. Tonight I made Turkey Kielbasa & Sauerkraut and Egg Noodles. Granted, I probably ate way too much of it.
At least tomorrow I will have my High Fiber Oatmeal again.
On the exercise front ---- I HAVE been walking the heck out of Gigglepup (who IS on Facebook by the way... just search for Gigglepup)
Starting tomorrow - going forward -- things will get back on and stay on track with the calorie blogging (and the actual calorie intake!)
OH!!! Big news! Ever since adopting Gigglepup, I've been getting back to a semi-normal sleeping schedule. I've not fallen asleep later than 2am since Thursday (which is awesome for ME) and I've been waking up between 7:30am and 9am since she needs to go potty.)
That said... it's time for me to hit the hay.
