hey! okay, remember when I said I was going to post my calories and all that the other day? oh big promises, gc. big promises.
anyway - i may not have been on top of the "blogging what I eat" thing since then, but, I haven't been snickety-snacking and going crazy with the portions (except for a couple of nights when I ate a lot of white rice.... and then was ill from doing so.)
i've been walking gigglepup around the entire condo complex here at least once a day (and other times, we walk half of it at least 3 times a day) --- actually, yesterday, I even jogged about 300 feet with her (yeah. only 300. it's a start. and it was on a whim. and i didn't have a bra on. let's just say it was dangerous.)
SO... here's the latest weigh-in....
