okay --- so, technically i haven't been what one would consider "BEING GOOD" with the healthy eating (this has been since I adopted Gigglepup one month ago today actually!)
as you might have noticed, I haven't been posting my food intake/calories/etc in 30 days.
in fact, in the past week, I've eaten:
mcdonald's 20 pc mcnugget
mcdonald's double quarter pounder with cheese
2 mcd's large fries
windmill hot dogs (4)
windmill fries (2)
windmill cheeseburger with fried onions
wendy's triple cheeseburger (yes. I did write triple)
wendy's large fries
about 7 large coca-colas
boston market chicken pot pie
boston market green beans
starbucks venti coffee frappuchino
7 days worth of dunkin donuts sausage and cheese on a croissant
tons of iced toasted almond coffee with skim milk and 1 sugar each
2 lean cuisine little pizzas
1 large thin crust pizza (not lean cuisine)
slice of chocolate cake
okay - that's about all I can remember eating...
so I stepped on the scale today to just see what my weight was --- because I was sure it was going to be absolutely FRIGHTENING.
i was shocked when it was still the 225 I was on April 20th... so I was thinking that the scale was effed. totally effed. and i moved it around various places on the floor. still 225.
SO.... I WENT TO TARGET AND BOUGHT A NEW SCALE.
came home. stepped on it.
holy smokes. my original scale wasn't terribly off. ah, I wanted to get a new scale anyway...
but really? after all that? of course, if i HAD been watching my calories, I probably would be down a lot more in the weight dept. ---- so, at least I'm not discouraged.
tomorrow morning.... HIGH FIBER OATMEAL
