I LOVE my MINI – especially when the sun is shining & the ragtop is down!

I LOVE the house with the wraparound porch on Fletcher Avenue in Manasquan.
I LOVE having all of the correct numbers in the Powerball lottery.

  1. I find that high rep bodyweight squats done correctly (which few do)¬†solve my knee issues…myself and my powerlifting buddies refer to the leg extension as the “knee decapitator” due to shearing force.

    Need any tips on doing a bw squat let me know. Thanks for the open mic list.
