back on track (seriously.)

so i rejoined weight watchers this morning... have been seeing the "FlexPoints" ads on the teevee...

it seems pretty keen - sort of like how my old leader, Marie, had us journal last year - (using your points like a wallet and working backwards til you had no more points instead of adding and adding til you have the thought "holy crap, i've just eaten 54 points today!") in fact, the new journal has been designed to look like a checkbook.

also, there's the "flex" points - where you can have 35 of them per week - using either 1 or two per day or you can use the whole bunch in one sitting (say, at a party)

anyway, i am back on it... finally!
